- Step 1: Hold this card at an arm’s length & at an eye level.

- Step 2: Place a pen or pencil close to the card between the two pictures of the cats on the card. Do not look at the card.

- Step 3: While looking at the pen, move it slowly towards your nose till you see four pictures instead of two on the card.

- Step 4: As you slowly move the pen towards you, the two central pictures fuse into one cat. (Complete cat) at a point. At this point you will see three cats. Try to maintain the third picture (a complete cat) nearly for at least five seconds.

- Step 5: To repeat, take the pen near the card meanwhile close your eyes and relax. After that bring it towards your nose maintaining the three pictures on the card. Repeat this exercise for about ten minutes, two to three times a day. As improvement occurs, you will be able to maintain three pictures on the card while holding the pen nearer to your nose.
