Guest Talk on Healthcare Industry Insights and Employer Expectations at Tech Mahindra Smart Academy for Healthcare, Jhanjeri (Mohali), Punjab

On Friday, 21st November 2025, I had the privilege of visiting the Tech Mahindra Smart Academy for Healthcare, Jhanjeri (Mohali), for a Guest Talk on Healthcare Industry Insights and Employer Expectations. The session was energizing and highly interactive, offering a comprehensive overview of India’s rapidly expanding healthcare ecosystem—its scale, evolving landscape, and transformative trends. I also shared strategic perspectives on the job market and the competencies employers increasingly value in early-career talent.

In today’s era of accelerated change powered by AI and Data Analytics, the students displayed remarkable curiosity about the profound shifts reshaping both the healthcare sector and future career pathways. Their thoughtful questions on the learning curve, success determinants, and emerging opportunities across Chandigarh and the tricity underscored their drive to stay future-ready.

Sessions like these are designed to illuminate the essential traits that define strong professionals. Communication, adaptability, teamwork, and resilience remain powerful differentiators that HR leaders consistently seek in high-potential aspirants.

My sincere gratitude to the Tech Mahindra Foundation for this meaningful opportunity to connect with motivated students and committed faculty from diverse disciplines. Such engagements significantly strengthen the corporate–academic bridge and empower students to plan their careers with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

The 10K run on Sunday, 16th November 2025 was more than just a fitness challenge — it was a reminder of what teamwork, discipline, and collective energy can achieve.

Running alongside colleagues transformed the experience. We encouraged each other, adjusted our pace together, laughed through the fatigue, and crossed the finish line not as individuals — but as a team.
